Halloween is ALMOST HERE!!! and with it comes baking cute cupcakes, cakes and of course rice krispies!!!
I got in the mood for some the other night and could not remember exactly how to make them.. I googled and came across these!

I'm making mine tonight!! You can also make monster and ghosts! All you need is some food coloring and icing!
